WARNING: I'm using Javascript, and have been developing on Windows with mouse input and Chrome as a browser. I have tried to implement "touch-screen" as well as mouse functionality. However, it is ropey (at best) and will either work or not work on your device. C'est la vive.

Why? Because I completed this Harvard edX CS 50
I can't recommend it enough for any IT novices.
